Commission T.O.S

> Please do not buy from me unless you are willing to follow my terms of service. <Any changes you require in an artwork must be asked for within two weeks of completion. After this time I will delete the PSD file to conserve memory.

◇ USE & CREDIT ◇

▹ You may not use my commissions for commercial purposes.
▹ You may not take credit for my art or remove my watermark from my commissions.
▹ I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
▹ I have the right to post the completed commission on my websites (except if you ask me not to).
▹ You may post the completed commission on your websites as long as proper credit is given.

◇ REFUNDS & WORKFLOW ◇

▹ Depending on personal life and the type of commission, commissions will take between a week and two months to complete.
▹ I can fully refund payment if you message me before I have started working on the commission.
▹ If I cannot finish the commission for any reason I will send you the work I have been able to complete and refund the cost of the work that was not finished.

◇ FORMS & PAYMENT ◇

▹ I will not begin a commission until it has been paid for.
▹ Commission slots can be put on hold for 48 hours before you must submit a form and payment.
▹ If ordering an illustration, an accurate reference must be provided. Asking me to change large design details will be priced as a custom design commission.

▹ Alter the design in any way.
▹ Sell or trade the design.

◇ YOU MAY NOT ◇

▹ Gift or sell the design for more than you bought it for (unless it comes with extra art).
▹ Take credit for / copy my designs.
▹ Use my designs for commercial purposes.
▹ Post porn art of my designs publicly (I'm not comfortable being affiliated with such material).

◇ PAYMENT ◇

▹ I may not accept all offers, and have the right to decline any for any reason.
▹ Designs can be put on hold for 48 hours before they must be payed for.
▹ If not payed for designs will be opened for trade / sale again.

If there is a different piece you'd like that isn't listed below, message me and I can give you a price.

Each additional character in a scene costs an extra 70% of the original price (excluding background).

commission forms

◇ GENERAL COMMISSION PROCESS ◇

1] Send me your commission form via your chosen platform.
2] I respond, and you can send payment to my provided PayPal address.
3] I send you a sketch for approval (5 revisions max., + €6 for each additional revision afterwards).
4] I send you the finished, full sized piece.

◇ ILLUSTRATION FORM ◇

▹ Commission Type: Eg. Sketch Fullbody + Simple BG.
▹ Payment: The price of the illustration. This is to verify you understand how much you are paying.
▹ Character Reference: An image of your character that is clear and accurate.
▹ Character Description (optional): Describe any specific pose, expression, etc. for your character.

◇ CUSTOM FORM ◇

▹ Commission Type: Eg. Clean Lined Fullbody.
▹ Payment: The price of the design. This is to verify you understand how much you are paying.
▹ Character Overview: Describe any details such as age, gender, species, occupation, personality, and features (such as 2 wings, 6 eyes, tough looking etc.).
▹ Moodboard: At least two images of elements you would like me to include in the design.
